MRW offer a full range of model railway locomotive repairs and servicing, from complete strip downs to basic problem solving and issues.
Motor Rewinds & Remagnetise
Sometimes your locomotive motors need to be rewind due to damage to the wire coils or need remagnetising. We are happy to work on most types of motors.
DCC Conversions
DCC Conversion can bring so many options to your railway layout, with better control over your locomotives as well as programmed lights and sounds.
Restoration, Upgrades & Weathering
MRW offer many different Restoration, upgrades & weathering services for your locomotives, bring more detail and realism to your locomotives, coaches, wagons and trucks.
Free Track Layouts / Designs
We will be putting together a large collection of different layouts and track designs for your pleasure in the coming months.
Control Panels
Need a control panel? Well MRW can build you your bespoke control panel made from tradition wood or our very own 3D Printed versions!
Buying / Selling / Online Store
Generally we buy complete model railway layouts from the public offering good prices. We also sell locomotives, coaches, wagons and trucks via our online shop (coming soon). All items sold on in the shop will be cleaned, serviced and in 100% perfect running order as well as various DCC upgrades and weathering on some models.
